A family owned dental practice with a positive, friendly environment is looking to hire a full-time Dental Assistant. Pay is competitive and negotiable. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Assist dentist during clinical procedures * Educate patient on their treatment plans as well as maintaining their oral health * Assist patients with any questions, concerns and post op instructions * Ensure sterilization and disinfection of operatories and instruments * Clean, prepare and organize operatories * Review, update and confirm dental history and signature for all consent forms with patients and update in Dentrix Ascend software * Take digital x-rays when necessary and have them available for the dentist to review Qualifications: * Proof of X-ray Certification * Proof of CPR Certification
