Who we are as a practice: · Private, fee for service · Family owned and operated · Integral part of the Lutz community for over 30 years · A team that has built up great friendships and love working together What we are looking for in an administrative assistant: · Availability to work: Tuesdays & Wednesdays (7:45 AM - 5:00 PM) Mondays & Thursdays (7:45 AM - 4:00 PM) Friday (7:45 AM – 12:00 PM) · Ability to blend professionalism with fun (we love to laugh!) · Strong focus to create bonds with patients · Work alongside clinical team to reinforce diagnosed treatment · Comfortable with various front desk duties including scheduling appointments, collecting payments and insurance verification · Solid knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis (preferred) · Desire to grow into a long-term position- to settle in for the long haul!
