Come join our growing team! We are a one- doctor private practice seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. We are in an amazing community and have a beautiful state- of- the – art building in which to practice. We promote work-life balance by offering predictable hours. Full-time hours are 8:30am-6:00pm Monday - Thursday. Excellent communication skills, thoroughness and adaptability are a must. A radiology license is required. Compensation ranges from $19-$22 per hour based on experience. We offer quarterly incentives and an all-team quarterly bonus. Requirements: -Radiology License -CDA/DANB Certification -CPR Certified -4 days per week. No weekends. Job Type: Full time Responsibilities: -Assist the dentist during dental procedures -Prepare & sterilize dental instruments and equipment -Take digital x-rays -Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care -Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Experience & Skills: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (1 year) - Knowledge of Dentrix preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Understanding of HIPAA regulations Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged.
