Job Description Title: Dental Marketing Person Location: Dental Office Reports To: Dental Manager Job Summary: This position is primarily focusing on the creation of various marketing strategy and creative materials to be used online and in printed form visiting schools, nursing homes, grocery stores for pediatric patients and adult patients (Dental Insurances & Medicaid). Materials include but are not limited to social media content, flyers, handouts, and other forms of visual content (presentation). This position is also responsible for scheduling dental patients obtaining patient's information, monitoring and addressing social media communications. Other duties to be assigned as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: Marketing our dental office to potential new patients promoting our office special plans / promotions. Cooperating staff to compile data for marketing events Monitor email account and social media channels and follow up as applicable Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Superior verbal and written communication skills Extremely resourceful and adaptable Anticipate potential issues and problem solve preemptively Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data Excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of social media outlets and their functionalities Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and other related software Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation Spanish language is plus. 1-2 years of experience in related roles preferred. No experience - will train.
