Blowe Family Dentistry is looking for a responsible, determined and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our dental office. Our dental office is committed to providing proficient, trustworthy dental services and care. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing general preventative and periodontal services. Some of these responsibilities will include: X-rays, cleaning and polishing teeth, and note conditions of decay. Coordinate and promote preventive dentistry concepts through patient education. Obtain baseline oral hygiene assessment data based upon accepted principles of oral hygiene and periodontal care. Review and document patient’s medical and dental history, treatment plans and services provided in patient charts. Job Type: Full-time/part time License to practice dental hygiene in NC required. Full time position (32 hours) or part time Benefits available for full time: We offer salary commensurate with experience, 401k contributions,12 PTO days, 8 days of holiday pay, dental benefits, license fee reimbursement, CE reimbursement and scrubs/jackets/shirts. Work week is 4 day, 32 hour work week with alternating Mondays and Fridays. This allows for a four day weekend twice a month.
